Grants

Who can apply:

Your project must be referred to the EOG Association for Conservation by a current member.

Your organisation must legally be of charitable or non profit making status.

What kind of projects do we fund?

Projects:

  • That protect threatened wild areas for their habitat and recreational value
  • That focus on specific issues and root causes
  • That involve direct citizen action
  • That are time sequenced, results oriented and measurable
  • That have a one to two year lifecycle
  • That build public involvement, consensus and support

What don’t we fund?

  • General overheads, maintenance costs or salary payments
  • Political projects
  • The acquisition of buildings
  • Violent action
  • Projects linked to religious groups

How to apply:

To apply for a grant for your project you must first be recommended by a current member of the EOG Association for Conservation, you will then be sent an application letter to complete - Completed Sample Application form.

Grants are available up to EUR€30,000.
