Who can apply:
Your project must be referred to the EOG Association for Conservation by a current member.
Your organisation must legally be of charitable or non profit making status.
What kind of projects do we fund?
Projects:
- That protect threatened wild areas for their habitat and recreational value
- That focus on specific issues and root causes
- That involve direct citizen action
- That are time sequenced, results oriented and measurable
- That have a one to two year lifecycle
- That build public involvement, consensus and support
What don't we fund?
- General overheads, maintenance costs or salary payments
- Political projects
- The acquisition of buildings
- Violent action
- Projects linked to religious groups
How to apply:
To apply for a grant for your project you must first be recommended by a current member of the EOG Association for Conservation, you will then be sent an application letter to complete - Completed Sample Application form.
Grants are available up to EUR€30,000.
